Von Croamon gives no hope for visas: Conditions have been fulfilled, but some states are holding it back

The rapporteur for Kosovo in the European Parliament, Violet Von Cremon, after several days' visit to Kosovo. She said she expects that next weeks a approach to positions between the Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic's Kurti can be seen, and according to that it can be done through negotiations.
We've certainly talked about dialogue and talked about its procedure on how to deal with dialogue, but we haven't focused on specific issues. I think at the beginning of the dialogue and I've never met them personally before and I hope that in the coming weeks we will see a tightening of positions, an approach to the original positions and this can be done through negotiations”, said Von Cromon
Cremon has also talked about the visa liberalisation process.
“Hopefully that at some point we will see less polarised positions, and during Germany's presidency we have been able to have this topic on the agenda until Kosovo has met technical conditions so it is a question of the Council of Europe, and in that view some member states are reluctant”, she said.
Cremon first said he met with KFOR representatives.
“We met with KFOR representatives then was with the Serbian List minister who was an interesting meeting about their perception of Serb minorities and how it is co-operation with the new Government. With the help of the EU, the new government has started to work on this approach and is one of the priorities, the energy supply issue that is already being resolved, and I am pleased that the broader public is understanding climate change issues. There's a particular focus on environmental education and why we have to protect animals, then the next point on the trip was in Brezovica and we've talked to various NGOs. On Sunday we have gone to Prizren and is the pillar of your heritage, and Prizren is the model of the multi-ethnic community not only in Kosovo, but in the country”, she added.
“We have spoken with opposition leaders in Parliament we have had a meeting with Kosovo President”.
Cremon iu has called on institutional leaders to participate in the parade of pride as well as to be allowed with the Civil Code to marry the same gender.
