Another visit from “Rrufeja” could also lead other OVL leaders into custody

Secretary Faton Klinkaku has not changed the position of the arrests of the two OVL leaders last year. He says he'll hide any documents he can get you to the offices of the organization.

KLA OVL Secretary Faton Klinkaku, who is leading the veterans' organisation in the absence of its two leaders who arrived in the custody of the Special Court in The Hague, has told Gazeta Express that he will make all the material of the Special Prosecution available to the organisation's offices.

The SPS, in their requests to keep Gucatin and Haradinaj in custody, also cited their public statements, when they expressed that they would offer the media any material it brings to “Rrufeja”.

“The specific reason [of the status release] is that they [the prosecutor] have said we cannot release those two [Gucatine and Haradinaj] because they have spoken in debates and have said we will publish the documents. They know our attitude. We didn't get the papers, but whenever they brought them back, we always get the”, Klink said.

If they possessed other documents, Klink said they would act the same as Haradinaj's Gucati, which are being held in the custody of the Special Court in The Hague due to precisely this issue.
