Secretary Faton Klinkaku has not changed the position of the arrests of the two OVL leaders last year. He says he'll hide any documents he can get you to the offices of the organization.
KLA OVL Secretary Faton Klinkaku, who is leading the veterans' organisation in the absence of its two leaders who arrived in the custody of the Special Court in The Hague, has told Gazeta Express that he will make all the material of the Special Prosecution available to the organisation's offices.
On Saturday, Klink warned this on Facebook, expressing surprise for, as the Special Prosecution's amateurism said.
“For Specialised Prosecutor in The Hague: I'm surprised with your amateurism we haven't even published or published anything. We've offered it to the media for publication and we'll offer it back. We won't keep your scandals hidden because we don't have any obligation to this”, Klink wrote.
He said he was moved to write this post by the Specialised Prosecutor's reasoning to keep KLA OVL chairman Hysni Gucatin and the deputy chairman of this organisation, Nasim Haradinaj, further in custody. The SPS, in their requests to keep Gucatin and Haradinaj in custody, also cited their public statements, when they expressed that they would offer the media any material it brings to “Rrufeja”.
“The specific reason [of the status release] is that they [the prosecutor] have said we cannot release those two [Gucatine and Haradinaj] because they have spoken in debates and have said we will publish the documents. They know our attitude. We didn't get the papers, but whenever they brought them back, we always get the”, Klink said.
If they possessed other documents, Klink said they would act the same as Haradinaj's Gucati, which are being held in the custody of the Special Court in The Hague due to precisely this issue.
It's normal. We didn't publish them, nor did we publish them. In everything that comes, we just present it to the media to inform the public. Because we hold them in scandals, not judges, not attorneys, not anyone. We just inform the DA through the media. And then it's a media issue or not they publish it”, Klink said.
I don't keep the files I do, keep them secret. Because it's more dangerous to keep them secret, it's worse. So we're obliged to cover up those scandals”, OVL secretary stressed.
In October last year, shortly after the Special Court ordered to arrest the two leaders of the KLA OVL in Pristina, Klinaku had told Express that he does not care if the Special is to issue orders even for his arrest.
If I'm arrested, the other “goes on, Klink was expressed.
Thus, if there are other arrests of KLA OVL leaders, it seems to be a question that is significantly in the hands of “Rrufe”, the masked person who last year three times led special files to the offices of the Kosovo Liberation Army Veterans' Organisation.
Because these materials were offered to media at several successive press conferences, Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj were arrested on 26 September last year and sent to custody in The Hague. They are accused of obstruction in the administration of justice, fear of witnesses, revenge and violations of the secret of the procedure.
