Valon Syla: If Kurt was in the KLA, why isn't he in The Hague?

Journalist Valon Syla has spoken about Albin Kurti's involvement in the Kosovo Liberation Army. Syla says that now Kosovo's prime minister was not part of the KLA. He has given excuses for such statements.
