MAKE WHICH IX WALKER FOR UNITEDS

KONKLUSIONET KUVEN:
1. Since on the one hand, on the basis of the government programme presented and the positions and political actions so far, the current government does not seem to offer solutions to the major problems Kosovo has today, and on the other hand, the current opposition parties do not give signs of the ability to play their role, we find there are extremely favourable circumstances for the Movement for the Union to consolidate as an important voice on the political scene.
2. International circumstances, especially after the US course shift, have changed in favour of the right solution to the Albanian-Serbian problem. Due to lack of vision, courage and the position of party interests before national ones, all influential political parties continue to abuse these circumstances by risking Kosovo to end with an agreement that would cement its dysfunction. This situation further increases the responsibility of the Movement for the Union to be even more vocal in articulating its option as the only solution to this problem.
3. The development of circumstances in the last decade has fourfold proved that the only solution to the Albanian-Serbian problem is the previous one in the 2010 Albanian-Serbian Affairs Resolution Platform. On this platform, reciprocity is defined as the principle for resolving the Albanian-Serbian problem to changing borders through a negotiation process with Serbia, under international supervision, and based on the right of people to self-rule. Under this agreement, the Albanian part of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja would join Kosovo, while the Serbian part of Leposaviqi, Zubin Potok and Zvecan would unite Serbia. As a result of this solution, the Constitution would be amended, the blocking privileges of the Serb minority would be removed, respectively, and restrictions that enable Kosovo to exercise its full sovereignty.
4. The Union Movement considers that, in addition to options for resolving the problem, it is very important and the time of reaching that solution. On one hand, the delay in this direction would give Serbia time to create new realities both in eastern Kosovo, through emptyness of Albanians and in northern Kosovo, through colonisation with Serbs; and, on the other hand, only with the solution of this problem will adequate circumstances be created for our society to focus fully on economic development, the fight against corruption, rule of law, the establishment of education, health and any other social segment.
5. Changing the situation in favour of the right solution to the Albanian-Serbian problem, the inability of the government and influential opposition parties to stand up to the situation, confirming the Movement for the Union's option to solve the problem as the only right and the importance of time in solving this problem are circumstances that testify both to the urgent need for our organisation and empowerment, as well as to the possibilities created for this empowerment. Therefore, it is time for all members of the Union Movement sympathisers, as well as all citizens who support our vision, to mobilise and increase pressure on the country's institutions to review their approach to the Albanian-Serbian problem in favour of its fair solution.
