At the media conference, Dhaka will be out at 11:00.
On Monday, Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani dismissed Valdete Daka from the position of CEC chairman. What sparked reactions from civil society but also recently from the European Union.
EU Ambassador to Kosovo Thomas Szunyog said it is important that all procedures be in line with Kosovo law and preserve the CEC's independence.
For Vjosa Osman's decision to dismiss the CEC chairman and appoint a new one. It is important that all procedures be in line with the Kosovo law and that the CEC's independence be preserved, in order to ensure professional preparations even in time of municipal elections and reform of electoral legislation”, Szunyog has written on Twitter.
Osman, instead of Daka, has named Kreshnik Radonic.
