A member of the right-wing extremist group “Alphateam” at the Mülheim/Ruhrem police station has been sentenced to nine months on bail because it has repeatedly hit a Kosovo Albanian with German citizenship.
The spokesman for the Mülheim District Court, Andreas Kunze, has reported to the newspaper “Kölner Stadt-Anzeeger” ( Thursday's publication) that the police commissioner during the trial, on June 7th, has admitted claims due to a person's bodily injury during official working hours.
The policeman in question, in January 2019, had linked the Albanian family head after a loud debate with regard to domestic violence, broadcasts albinfo.ch. Then he had hit him several times in the face.
His reason for such blows was that he was overloaded by his difficult position at the scene.
The Public Prosecutor's Office in Duisburg is also investigating him because of his involvement in the right-wing extremist group “Alphateam”.
The defendant's work partner had helped cover the attack for a year and a half by making false statements. As the newspaper has discovered, the District Court has already sentenced the police commissioner to seven months in prison on bail.
The investigation is still continuing against the two heads of service groups who are charged with not reporting the incident.
