During the overnight attack on Solhan, houses and markets were burned, Reuters writes, broadcasts Klankosova.tv.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack. In Burkina Faso recently, there are numerous attacks that occur especially in the Nigeria border region.
President Caboe has declared three days of national mourning, saying, in a tweet, that “we must remain united against the forces of evil”.
Security forces there are constantly working on the perpetrators.
