Following today's failure of the Assembly of Headship of the Assembly, which deprived members of headship from the government coalition, Tahiri said this majority lacks the seriousness to push ahead with the ruling agenda, as well as to fulfil the basic institutional functions of the Republic's Parliament.
“The majority, however, is aware of being organised and united when it comes to illegal dismissals, turning the central institution of our democracy into a public trial of punishing professionals who fail to follow their political orders. It is disappointing that so far they are able to bring in no bill on structural changes they have promised, or on the other hand have become a family employment company”, Tahiri said through a statement on his Facebook page.
The head of PDK deputies has publicly invited Chief Parliamentary Glauk Konjufca not to allow further degradation of the work of the Parliament and smuggling of illegal decisions.
