The newspaper 20minute has made a detailed explanation of all measures Swiss citizens must respect in cases when they travel towards several countries that are Swiss' most frequent summer destinations. Among them are Kosovo and Albania.

While Kosovo citizens who have recently been to these three countries must remain in quarantine at home for 14 days immediately after their arrival and plead for Covid-19 twice a week.
Apart from the cited restrictions that apply for entry, even within the country itself, Kosovo, it becomes clear that the pandemic continues to exist.
So after leaving the apartment, you have to wear a mask. But that is not true of pedestrians, runners, and riders as long as they keep the minimum 2m distance from other people.
