Thus, the Supreme Court of Kosovo has given the right to Kamenica chairman Stayn Kastrat over reforms in education.

The panel of this court has rejected the request of Flora Lenjat and others.

We remember that first on November 2nd 2020, the Constitutional Court in Pristina-Department for Administrative Affairs has approved the demand of residents of Karaceva, Koperrnica and Shipashnica municipality of Kamenica for suspending the decision of the mayor of this municipality Central Kastrati regarding reshuffle of the municipal education.

While on November 20th 2020, the basic court had again ruled in favour of demanding residents of the upper villages for suspending the decision on school organisation in Kamenica.

residents of Kamenica villages are not accepting school closure at all costs, which they are objecting to in any form.

They held several protests, even blocking roads
