Peter Shala, former Kosovo Liberation Army soldier, will continue to remain in custody at The Hague.
This is because the Special Court has rejected him for provisional release.
In this case, the Judge has ordered Shala's defence to send forth parachutes until July 23rd for the upcoming review of the reasons for detention.
The same order, the court has given it to the prosecution.
Meanwhile last night, the Special announced that the detention has been continued to Nasim Haradinaj and Hysni Gucati.
