Former Kosovo Liberation Army member Peter Shala will appear before Special Court on Monday, June 21st at 11:00.
As explained by the Special, Shala will appear for the second time before the Special in a session dealing with the performance of the case.
On the other hand, the Special Court this month for three consecutive days will hold five sessions against former KLA member Sali Mustafa.
Peter Shala was arrested months ago in Belgium at the order of the Prosecutor's Specialised Chambers in The Hague. Shala was interviewed by the Special on February 20th of 2019, by Special Investigations.
Shala, in a war known as “Commander Wolfshaque” is currently home to Belgium. He during the recent war in Kosovo has been engaged in the Dukagjin operational zone in the village of Dujaka. Later in the day, meanwhile, there are new details concerning the arrest and indictment of Peter Shala.
