Special Court Intensifies the process against Sali Mustaf, five sessions are scheduled for three days against him

With the dates 9, 10 June and 11 June, five sessions to Mustaf have been scheduled, and the first will begin Wednesday at 09:30, which will be the preparation conference for the trial.
Thursday, the Special has planned two sessions against Mustaf, but one has not yet been confirmed.
“Procuror k. Mustafa ) Prepared Conference for Judgment 09:30 (remains to confirm)”, reported in Special Reporting, until a closed session (ex letter) was confirmed at 14:30.
The situation is similar with Friday. A planned session "ex carde" and closed to Mustafa at 09:30 is not confirmed yet, but at 11:30 there will be a closed session to him, as well.
The act against Mustafa was confirmed on June 12, 2020, and the latest version was made public on September 28, 2020. The Act charges Mustafe with individual criminal responsibility and criminal responsibility as a superior for crimes committed by several KLA members against persons detained at the Zlach detention complex.

What were the procedural developments on the Sali Mustafa issue:
Mustafa was arrested and transferred to the detention unit of Kosovo's Specialised Chambers on 24 September 2020.
Mustafa's first appearance session was held on September 28, 2020, in front of preliminary judges Nikola Giyu. In his further presentation, on October 28, 2020, Mustafa pleaded innocent to all points of the indictment.
The sides handed over their latest versions of the preliminary files on February 22, 2021, and May 6, 2021.
On April 30th 2021, the judge of the preliminary procedure approved the demands of five victims and accepted them as the participating victims in the judicial process, Group I.
On May 7, 2021, the judge of the preliminary procedure passed the case file to Court I.
On May 21, 2021, the court approved the demands of four other victims and admitted them as participating victims in procedures as part of Group 1. The court also extended the deadline for victims to apply until the specialised Prosecutor's case was closed.
The preparation conference on the issue is scheduled for June 9th, 2021, while the additional sessions on June 10th and 11th.
