Shala: Vuciq is willing to achieve Kosovo negotiating epilogue

Opionist Blerim Shala has said that if Serbia's president, Alexander Vuciq, refuses to affirm that Brussels' dialogue takes place between the highest authorities of Serbia and Kosovo, then, even their own targeted epilogue, normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia, remains vague. He, in one [...]
He, in a letter to Klakosova.tv, has stated he is talking about a normalisation of relations between Kosovo and Serbia, and not about normalising reports between Pristina and Belgrade, nor between Albanians and Serbs.
The <x0 we are dealing with two independent states, (one re-made in 2006, following Montenegro's successful referendum on the return of independence, and the other in February 2008, with the Act of declaring independence from the Parliament of Kosovo), which in themselves have all elements of a state, as a long, grave and tragic history, has divided once and for all (in 1999), because the same long, grave and tragic history has joined Kosovo (in 1912), with a literal understanding of Serbia<1.
“Historia Zaten, such as it has been, and can never be changed, has exhausted all options of a coexistence within a state framework between Kosovo and Serbia. This is really known and clear for everyone. Never, ever, no power in Serbia, has wanted Kosovo Albanians in their country.
The “always, all of Serbia's powers, have wanted Kosovo (its destination) within Serbia. And it has never been possible that the partitioning of Albanians from Kosovo, in those dimensions, (mousive, deportation and deportation), would break the link between the fate of Albanians and the fate of Kosovo. From this point of view, then, which is not a political thesis, but a historical (accurate, sustainable) recapture, it is very clear what representatives of Kosovo and Serbia should really talk about. The reality in Kosovo, the state of Kosovo, is irreversible, because this link to the fate of Albanians and Kosovo's fate is perpetuated with the establishment of the state of Kosovo, on February 17th of 2008”.
Shala has declared that Vuciq is seen not willing to reach the epilogue of talks with Kosovo through the signing of the comprehensive agreement.
Following this situation created in the last three years in Serbia and in its reports with the EU, it seems that Aleksandar Vuciq is not really willing to arrive at the epilogue of talks with Kosovo, which have entered (in May) in the 24th year of their developments, through the signing of the comprehensive agreement to normalise relations with Kosovo<1>, Shala has said.
