The International Court of Justice ruling that recognised Kosovo's right to citizenship has been able to serve as a new, very convenient circumstance for the five EU states to recognise Kosovo, political analyst Blerim Shala has said.
This JND decision, Shala, is calling Serbia's final defeat in relation to Kosovo, which she said asked for more by the question she had asked this court in autumn 2008, Klim Kosova reports.
“in the autumn of 2010, therefore, it has been possible to produce that final presidency of Kosovo's international independence accommodation, with the ICJ's decision as the basis for itself. This has likely been the last case for the topic of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia to be completed within a several-year term, reaching where it should, with the agreement on normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia”.
Since this did not happen because of more or less known reasons for all, says Shala, dialogue has entered the second decenyen until in Kosovo, no one has any longer been patient to continue with it for other years without reaching it as soon as possible the established goal of the final agreement based on mutual recognition.
