Sexual assault on 13-year-old Ferizaj: The sister and groom were moved into a room with a man

Following the hearing and analysis hearing of the subject papers, the criminal judge of the Randa Crime Department's preliminary procedure, “has confirmed the fact that the defendant allegedly committed sexual assault on the minor in Ferizaj, respectively, at his great-invented residence for sexual purposes and sexually misused the child of the 13-year-old minor, in the manner that the defendant had committed sexual assault on the minor, until the minor went to her sister's residence and until the defendant had stayed in a juvenile residence with her sister's residence and husband's in her husband's office in the same room after the same morning he had begun to contact the court, and saying that he had been able to report to the former court.

The judge of the preliminary procedure, the state prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against the defendant, has approved it as based and the same has been assigned a month-long detention measure.

The court has also assessed that for this criminal act the investigations have not been concluded, and it has not yet been heard before the state prosecutor, injured minors, but no other possible witnesses have been heard, so the court estimates that if found in freedom it can affect the same in order to be declared in favour of defence, so it can also come up to the circumstances in which it would prevent successful implementation of criminal procedure by affecting witnesses in particular in the damage to the minor body<>
