The case occurred Tuesday morning, on the “Tring street Smajli” in Pristina, where the suspect was taking part in a car race.
The night before, he had posted provocative messages on social networks, publishing photos from Pristina, which wrote “Serbia, Kosovo of Metohija”.
To him the case has been initiated “Dictionation and failure to endure”.
Kosovo police in the 24-hour report have indicated that a witness -- also Serbia's citizen -- has been found and confiscated an EUROOPOL police ID.
