There is doubt that the defendant from April to early June 2021, in a village in Kamenica municipality, has repeatedly forced the minor to commit sexual acts without her consent at his home. The defendant, although aware that he was injured, is under 14 years of age, has sometimes forced him to have sex.
With these actions, defendant S. D. (Serb) allegedly committed criminal work “violated” act sanctioned with the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
The primary procedure judge at the Randa Crime Department has estimated that legal reasons stand for the appointment of the detention measure against the defendants, with the aim of ensuring the normal conditions for the development of criminal procedure”, the prosecution's announcement said.

The Foundation Court in Gjilan has approved Gjilan's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, assigning the detention measure of 30 (thirty) days to defendants S. D.
