The one on the <x0-Fropal” show in T7 said that for him and his fellow fighters, this day has been quite exciting.
This is after Lushtaku said that he has never been expected to be experienced alive on the Day of Deliverance.
It was really a very exciting day for fellow fighters, because we never thought we'd have the luck of the day of liberation. It's been such a big thrill.
Among other things, Lushtaku declared that during his time as a soldier, he thought of death thousands of times but not of freedom.
I've been thinking about dying 100 thousand times, but I've never expected him to be able to experience the Day of Deliverance. I've had the chance to be alive and to congratulate my fellow fighters and all citizens for the day of liberation”, he said further.
And the 21st anniversary of the liberation of Skywright, Lushtaku said he would like to meet Adam Yashar, Ilaz Kodra, and his fellow fighters who fell to war.
The greatest wish had been to meet Adam Yasar, Ilaz Kodra, and many other fellow fighters. It was our dream to bring our freedom. We have always believed Kosovo's freedom. We firmly believed in KLA”, Lushtaku declared.
Lushtaku also spoke of keeping former KLA commanders in custody at The Hague.
This day of liberation has really been the most hurt thing without my fellow fighters. Those who have died know they have fallen for Kosovo. But we never believed that my fellow fighters would face charges of war crimes”, Lushtaku said further.
In the meantime, he reaffirmed his nomination for Skyright's chairman.
I have decided to run for mayor of the municipality and I believe that citizens will give me this opportunity, so that next year we can wait together on Liberation Day, with me as chairman”, Lushtaku said.
