Twenty-three-year-old Anna Ruzankina's mother is next seen on security cameras going to get her daughter dead, keeping her in the elevator to get her back to the family apartment on the sixth floor in Saratov, writes the local Network Life News.
She then tempts the lifeless child to try to resurrect him.
Witnesses said that her mother had kept her daughter screaming on the balcony threshold.
The shirt was torn from the weight, and the baby fell 20 meters down in concrete.
Other reports said the incident occurred after Ruzankina had returned from one night with friends and consumed alcoholic beverages.
A male passerby who's seen on the video said he heard the child's loud screams, and then a muffled fall.
That's where the screams ended”, he added.
Neighbors said that the mother was then trying to justify herself that the child had climbed onto the balcony rail, saying: “I said it would drop”.
Ruzankina has been detained as a suspect in the girl's murder and will face 21 years in prison if convicted.
