The final resolution should be a mandatory legal agreement ending with recognition of the two countries. It is encouraging to have full support from the American administration and President Biden himself in this process. It is promising that both the US and the EU have no different positions on the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, the joint visit of Palmer and Lajcak to Kosovo” also testified to that, Ruci said.
Uci stressed that Kosovo has all the reasons and opportunities to be a more reliable partner than Serbia in relation to our strategic partners.
“Without the US and the EU in this process, everything is more dangerous and difficult for Kosovo”, the chief speaker Ruci said.
Speaking of the judicial process to former KLA leaders, Ruci stressed that Albania highly values the dignified attitude of former leaders of institutions and former KLA leaders and willingness to face justice and to whiteen the truth of the great war for saving people from Serbian crimes and genocide.
