In support of Article 100 of Constitution and Article 12, provisions 1. “d”, 2 letters “d”, Law No.33/2021, “For the Guard of the Republic of Albania”, with the Interior Minister's nomination, Council of Ministers
LANDS: 1. The Republic Guard preserves and protects these personalities: a) European Union Ambassador to Albania. 2. The Republic Guard preserves and protects these objects: a) objects where the subject is accommodated and exercises personality activity defined in the letter “a”, of the point 1 of this decision. 3. The Interior Ministry and the Republic Guard are being charged with implementing that decision. This decision comes into force after publication in the Official Library.
