A report on the vaccine against CO VID-19

This has been made known today by the Ministry of Health, under which priority groups of this stage are persons over 65, people with chronic diseases indiscriminately, health professionals, teachers and security forces, related to management of COVID-19.

The Ministry of Health requires understanding by citizens because most of the term for vaccination has been fulfilled by June 29th through the Kosovo platform for the above-mentioned categories.

MSH calls on second-stage categories that have not yet managed to apply and set the term to be made from time to time, until reports in the coming days will also inform other categories of when they can apply for the terms' appointment.

In order to improve the process, the Ministry of Health again calls on citizens to be presented in the vaccine centres only after they receive call or notification for inoculation, according to the terms defined through the platform and Kosovo. (https://ekosova.rks-gov.net/)

The ministry says that any category of citizens receiving the call for vaculation, in case of presentation at the vaccine centre in its municipality, should have testimony to the category it belongs to:

-People above age 65 should witness this through ID or some currency document;

- Chronic patients without age-distinguishing health evidence;

-The security forces through the charter identifying them as belonging to the relevant service (Kosovo Police or the Kosovo Security Force);

-Health personnel and educators-through the (ID) work card or other document that confirms they work in these two sectors.

If these same documents are not presented in the vaccine centers, they will not be vaccinated.

MSH again calls on citizens to use the Kosovo platform to apply for taking the vaccine against CO VID-19 and follow instructions on the vaccine process.
