The Court of Appeals has freed him from house arrest, the now suspended director of the Secretariat of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPK), Durim Krasniqi.
According to Apel's decision, Drem Krasniqi has been barred from approaching the KKP target and the other suspect in this case, Marigona Berisha.
The news of the “Justice Vow” has made it known by Court of Appeals spokesman Arben Jashari.
The defendants, the house arrest measure, have been replaced by the ban on approaching the country or the designated person. He is specifically barred from approaching the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and co-ordination M. B”, Jashari told “Justice bet”.
This decision was taken by the Court of Appeals after the complaint Krasniqi's defence had exercised on the decision of the first-instance court, with which he was continued the house arrest measure.
Drem Krasniqi is suspected of committing criminal acts “misuse of official position or authority”, “Endeavour of influence” and criminal act “of assisting leaders after carrying out criminal acts”, Berisha is suspected of criminal work “the redressing of preparing for criminal acts”, while Ardian Krasniqi for criminal work “of assisting leaders after carrying out the criminal work<9>
After the start of the criminal procedure against Erdem Krasniqi, the KKP had made a decision to suspend the same 50 per cent pay fee until it was made final decision by the competent court.
Likewise, the KKP had made decisions for both the suspension of official Marigona Berisha.
