The agreement was signed between Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, following a friendly meeting between them that took place.
For me and us in Albania, it is a very important moment, because we have taken this initiative on our part for several years, telling other countries in the region to become part”, Rama said, among other things.
” and together make efforts for a secure communication corridor. And to put this corridor of communication of very critical services in the hands of the citizens of Albania, not allowing third actors who are sometimes malicious” to compromise.
