He allegedly committed criminal work “taking bribes”.
The prosecution's announcement said the suspect has taken a bribe worth eight thousand euros in promise to influence the failure to punish a business subject, for a alleged violation by the suspect, allegedly violating the KPM's rules.
“The Founding Procuror in Pristina, announces the public opinion that the RS Department of Criminals -- namely, the Economic Crime and Corruption Unit -- in co-ordination with the Kosovo Police, in 29.06.2021 -- has banned the person with the initials A.B.B., Administration and Finance Director at the Independent Media Commission (KPM), with suspicion that the same person has carried out the same criminal work “the bribery”, by Article 421 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (4)4>, Pristina's Pristina Pristina Prosecutor.
“Following initial doubts, the high-ranking person allegedly received a bribe of $8,000 ($8,000), with the promise that he would influence the impunity of a business subject, for a alleged violation by the suspect, allegedly violating KPM rules. The suspect, with the State Prosecutor's decision, is under the ban of 48 hours<x1.
