In principle, Automotive Bill that envisions the removal of counterparts is voted out

Members of the Commission for Agriculture, Forestry, Rural Development, Environment and Spatial Planning and Infrastructure with unanimous votes today have in principle supported the Automediate Bill, which envisions the removal of counterparts, while there has been no discussion of the same. Commission Chairman Victory Pacolli said the same meets the pre-arranged conditions with [the...] order.
The commission's chairman, Victory Pacolli, said the same meets the previous conditions with the Parliamentary Order and recommends the Assembly for approval in principle.
Pacolli: Bill meets conditions and is recommended to the Parliament for approval
“In principle, the review of the Bill on Change and Fulfilling of the Automotive Law meets the initial conditions in Article 54 of the Parliament's Rule and recommends that the Assembly be approved in principle. You've now accepted the reasoning on the bill, so I'm casting the proposal to vote in principle for the completion of the Auto-Straction Law”, she said.
Debat in the middle of MPs has sparked the request of Victory Commission Chairman Pacolli, that the Parliament be recommended not to vote on the annual report of the Regulatory Authority for Railways. She said the report did not have the necessary information and that no answers to the questions raised.
Pacolli: Report must not pass
After discussing about four hours of what we've managed to collect information from the Board and the Director of the Regulatory Authority for Railways, I recommend that we vote on not adopting the report at the plenary session. Because the report doesn't have necessary information, we haven't received accurate answers to most of the questions we've raised, we haven't got enough clarifications. I consider that this report should not pass and go at our recommendation for no vote in the Parliament”, she said, informs the KP.
MP Bekim Haxhiu's PDK opposed the Commission's chairman's recommendation, which he said the report in essence reflects towards the work that has been done.
Haxhiu: The report in essence reflects the work done
The report in essence reflects the work done even by the audience is good for this organization, so there is no misuse of public money, and some of the answers that have been requested are required to be addressed or supported by the last two governments, namely, the government Kurti and the Hoti, who have been responsible for these concerns for the last year. You may not vote, it's in the hands of every MP... when the MPs say it's no longer the audience's assessment, but the most important is political assessment, then you won't understand. We often ask questions even for the government if we don't get answers, now that we don't get answers we can't ask for the government to fall, they don't want to answer that it has reasons or is beyond the competencies. Whatever it is, we're leaving it in your hands, you have the votes, if you want to vote if you don't, as you wish, the responsibility belongs to you in the government and company”, Haxhi said.
To Haxhi's statements, Victory Commission Chairman Pacolli has again reacted, who said board members have spent 16 thousand euros on three visits, which said they are a huge budget for Kosovo.
Pacolli: 16 thousand euros are huge budget for Kosovo state
“16 thousand euros for three visits and they have been regional visits, one to Albania, Bulgaria and one to Turkey. Sixteen thousand euros are a huge budget for the state of Kosovo and is ill managed by the same people”, Pacolli said.
At today's meeting of the commission, Chairman Pacolli has announced the MPs regarding the visit that took place on 2 June 2021 in three locations regarding the issue of stonebreakers, where they have paid a visit to Shala in Lipjan, Malisheva Krevasari and two visits to Prizren, one to the village of Shkoza and the other on Shkoza-Zhur Street.
Pacolli said they have recommended that the Ministry of Environment take concrete steps for each location, while the general recommendation revealed that it has been urgently to review and assess the activity of all operators if they are operating in accordance with the laws in force.
