The act against Mustafa was confirmed on June 12th, while he was arrested by the Specialised Prosecutor's Office on September 24th and transferred to The Hague.
On September 28th, former chief of staff The KLA, Salih Mustafa, appeared before the judge of the preliminary procedure, Nikola Giju.
The Act charges Mustafa with individual criminal responsibility for arbitrary detention, cruel treatment, torture and illegal murder that are international war crimes under international law”.
