Policemen who beat the young man inside the police station are fired

This decision against former fast Response Unit member was taken three days ago on June 11, 2021.

KA LLXO.com learns that the case of Kelmendi, which was seen in a video until it exercised physical violence against a youth has been handled by the Kosovo Police Disciplinary Commission.

The latter, after the development of the disciplinary procedure, have received proposals from the Directorate of Professional Standards that Haris Kelmendi to cut off the work relationship.

The disciplinary Commission, as KALLXO.com teaches, has pronounced Kelmendi guilty under suspicion that the same has committed the criminal acts of serious discrediting behavior, but also interference or obstruction in legal processes.

Following the recommendation, the Kosovo Police General Director of Discipline Commission has made the decision on Kelmendi's provisional suspension until the decision on leaving becomes all-powerful.

KA LLXO.com also reported that Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor has filed an indictment against police official Haris Kelmendi under suspicion that the same has committed the criminal act of mistreatment during the exercise of official office, but also that of preventing proven evidence.

Apart from the indictment against Haris Kelmend, the prosecution has filed charges for his colleague, Agon Hyseni. Even the latter is being tasked with the criminal act of mistreatment during the exercise of office.

KA LLXO.com has secured the indictment of April 2nd of this year, in which the whole work, which Hysen's Kelmendi is commissioned.

Haris Kelmendi is suspected that on June 16, 2018, about 2 a.m. in the quality of the police official within the police station “Qentre” in Pristina while handling a case of victim L. R., he was mistreated by causing physical injury.

The charge also mentions Haris Kelmendi's slap on victim L. R., images that were broadcast even during a KALLXO.com show.

The victim's slap collapses as the entire situation was recorded by telephone and then distributed into several groups of social networks.

Police officer Haris Kelmendi on January 28th of this year was arrested under suspicion of mistreating a young man who was considered a minor at the time of the slap.

Always according to the indictment he secured. KALLXO.com, a day after police officer Kelmendi was arrested, exactly on January 29th, the same one had been released while calling the victim L. R., and had asked the same to withdraw the statement issued at the Kosovo Police Inspectorate.

After finishing the call, the victim in this case was L. R., he called IPK investigators and told them he had received calls to withdraw the statement to Harris Kelmendi.

With these actions, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has concluded that police Officer Haris Kelmendi has committed the criminal act of preventing the proven.

While the indictment for the other policeman, Agon Hyseni says the same is charged with criminally abusing abuse during the official post, since the same has participated in the mistreatment of the same person or victim L. R.

Regarding the release of Haris Kelmendi 24 hours after his arrest, the prosecutor of the case had been suspended.
