The Constitutional Court in Mitrovica on Wednesday has declared a free trial against two police officials charged with corruption, Nebojsa Vukojevic and Sreqko Janievic.

According to the trial proclaimed by Judge Bekim Veliqi, there is no evidence proving that the accused committed the criminal act, “QEQUUKUE of official position or authority”, with which they were charged by the prosecution.

The court has estimated that there is no evidence, so it has received a loose judgment act”, Judge Velii said.

The judge made it known that the procedure costs for the case are being weighed down by the court. The damaged Pope, Judge Veliqi, instructed him in civil disputes for realising the property-juridic demand.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica, on January 25th, 2019, had filed an indictment against Nebojsa Vukojevic and Sreqko Janiqijevic, reports “Justice Vowtim”.

According to the indictment, on July 3, 2016, the injured Yugoslav Andrik, along with two witnesses Radisa Lalzovic and Slobodan Pandrich, had gone to the village of Drinov, the Lesak municipality, to buy wood from the man Vladan.

Meanwhile, witness Dejan Veljkovic had arrived, with his vehicle, which had demanded from the injured Jugoslav Andrik, money in the 400 euro amount, for the wood he had sold a year ago, until the injured man responded that the wood had then been confiscated by police, since they had not been sealed.

Always in accordance with the indictment, Dejan Veljkovic had begun threatening the injured Yugoslav Andrik, that he would call a person who would burn the truck if he didn't give him the money, or he would call his brother to get the money.

Then, reportedly in the indictment, Veljkovic had called the police.

After that, the indictment continues, the police official, accused Nebojsa Vukojevic, with the help of the other indictees, Sreqko Janicijevic, had taken the wounded Yugoslav Andrik, who had been in the truck and pulled the injured to the police vehicle.

The same, the defendants had forced him to give the money to witness Veljkovic, or to be sent to the court in Vushtrri or to leave his seat.

As reported in the indictment, the injured under police pressure, had pocketed the money in many of 360 euros and given it to Veljkovic, by which the latter had told police “now liquidate Yugoslavia”.

With that, Vukojevic and Janiq Beluevic were accused of committing criminal work “The use of official position or authority”.
