Police file criminal charges against Bullics after physically attacking citizens in the ambulance

Kosovo police have filed criminal charges against the mayor of the Podujevo municipality, speeding up Bulliqi for the criminal offence of slight bodily injury.

This criminal complaint has been raised due to an incident that took place on February 9, 2021 at the main Centre of Family Medicine (QKMF) in Podujevo, where according to several published videos, Bulliqi is seen to have clashed with a citizen named Ramadan Zymer.

For this incident, police say they have carried out investigative actions in co-ordination with the State Prosecutor and on February 24th 2021, have forwarded the case to the prosecutor with criminal charges against Bulqi.

The police for this incident have initiated the case, light bodyguard damage and co-ordination with the State Attorney, have conducted investigative actions. This case is currently being handled at the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Pristina.

Otherwise, on February 9, 2021, citizen Ramadan Zymer had denounced him to the Kosovo Police, Speed Bulqi. Zymer claimed to have been physically and verbally attacked by Bulliqi at the Podujevo health house.
