(5 years ago)Kosovo Border Police, the West Region, by order of the justice authorities, have now raided two different locations in Gjakova and Suhareka, where they have arrested two people suspected of smuggling migrants and forging documents. During the raids, a gas pistol, Echo type, 9 mm calibre, and one [...] were found and seized.
Kosovo Border Police, the West Region, by order of the justice authorities, have now raided two different locations in Gjakova and Suhareka, where they have arrested two people suspected of smuggling migrants and forging documents.
During the raids a gas pistol, Ekol type, 9 mm calibre and a caricator, 12 rounds of 9m calibre gas, a military knife, two KP Emblem hats, a Smaung S10 phone, a BMW X5 vehicle, which is suspected to be taken from another person because of debt, and a computer with scanned documents.
Under the decision of the competent prosecutor one of the suspects is detained for 48 hours, while the other suspect is released after interviewing his defense attorney.
Investigations into the case are still under way by the investigation unit near the Border Police Directorate “The West” in Gjakova.
