The event took place today at around 10:30 while the victim was fishing on the Iber River, near the Duda Council, quite close to the line that separated the municipality of southern Mitrovica and northern Mitrovica, reports the KP.
So far, the full circumstances, the author, and the motive for this event are not known.
The Express newspaper has contacted the Kosovo Police Information Office for the Mitrovica region, but has not yet received an official response.
