The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren reports the opinion that, after implementing the criminal investigation launched in July 2020 in co-operation with the Kosovo Police Inspectorate (IKP), which, based on the results of the investigation today on June 15, 2021, four persons -- two of them official members of the Kosovo Police -- as well as two citizens of the Republic of Kosovo -- have been arrested.
The people arrested are: N.K., suspected of criminal acts “Fide” from Article 331 paragraph 3 concerning KPRK paragraph 1, “taskary” from Article 328 paragraph 2 of KPRK, “Brigane District” Article 422 paragraph 1 concerning KPRK paragraph 3.
I.F. suspect, due to criminal acts “KPRK's, and “Payback” 421 paragafe 3 over KPRK paragraph 1.
Suspect K.G., due to criminal activity “The use of official position or authority” by Article 414 KPRK, as well as A.K., because of the criminal act “Deception” by Article 323 paragraph 4 concerning KPRK paragraph 1.
The same by the prosecutor's order have been detained in 48 hours' length, and for the same Constitutional Prosecutorship in Prizren, I will proceed with other procedural actions.
Also, the State Prosecutor near the Constitutional Court in Prizren has filed a request for the temporary sequentisation of two vehicles, as well as some important documents concerning the investigation of this criminal case.
