The previous time in the day stated that the “Association on ethnic grounds could not be passed because of the spirit and the Constitutional Letter”.
But, Peci considers that “The Association of Serb-run municipalities” as appointment is not opposed by the Constitutional Court's act taken on December 23rd 2015, Periscope follows.
Peci goes against the interpretation Kurt makes, saying he at least goes to the interest of our country, including his credibility in dealing with strategic supporters. ”
He has added that Kosovo needs to strengthen partnership with the United States and the EU and not “to irritate relations with the country's guarantors of Independence. ”
Full status:
The appointment “Association of Serb majority municipalities” is not opposed by the 2015 Constitutional Court decision, even though it highlighted a small number of the 2015 agreement points on this association that was in close contact with the Kosovo Constitution.
Therefore, this decision does not make it interpreted differently, as this at least goes to the interest of our country, including its credibility in relation to strategic supporters.
Kosovo now needs to strengthen its partnership with the United States and the EU and not irritate relations with the guarantors of our country's independence.
If a pre-election campaign is questioned by the interests of the country, it could be called political, and electoral, but state as well.
