He took the patent-friend test on behalf of someone else, arrested by police

The case has occurred at the bus station in Pristina, exactly in the hall where testing is conducted for driver's patent.

Suspect person: E.H. Male, 20, allegedly cheated by appearing in a test room on behalf of someone else.

In this case, police have interviewed the suspected person, and further actions will be taken against him in co-ordination with the state prosecutor.
