The specialised Chambers announced that the hearing on this issue, scheduled for this Friday, June 25th, is postponed for July 14th....
The Hague Specialised Chambers have made a decision that the passage of the file to the court of the case that Hysni Gucatit and Nasim Haradinaj be postponed for July 16th.
The session, scheduled for this Friday on June 25th, is reported to be postponed for July 14, 2021 at 1500.
After today's decision by the Court of Appeals panel, the trial judge in the Gucati & Haradinaj case has changed the previous date for passing the case file to the court on 16 July 2021. He also ordered the SPS to hand over the correct indictment by 5 July and Defence to hand over the preliminary file (if it wants to) by 12 July. Also, the session on this issue, scheduled for Friday, June 25th, is postponed for July 14, 2021 at 15:00x1>, reported in the Special Chambers' announcement.
