The good governance and rule of the law are essential for Kosovo's democratic and multiethnic future”, the American Embassy on Facebook wrote.
Otherwise, Palmer visited the Decani Monastery today. He has been on a two-day visit to Kosovo along with EU envoy for dialogue Miroslav Lajcak.
They held a press conference today after a series of meetings with Kosovo state leaders and international officials in Kosovo, as well as the opposition.
