Otherwise, Palmer visited the Decani Monastery today. He has been on a two-day visit to Kosovo along with EU envoy for dialogue Miroslav Lajcak.
They held a press conference today after a series of meetings with Kosovo state leaders and international officials in Kosovo, as well as the opposition.
