Osmani: We don't need a “non-paper” to tell us what to do

Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has spoken of “no-paper” that have circulated over the past few months, while stressing that such documents are unnecessary. Osmani in her interview for Al Jazeera Balkans, said that”non-paper” will not be part of the dialogue. We know what to do and we know what to avoid, and [...]
And we know what to do and we know what to avoid, and one of the dangerous adventures that we're going to avoid at any cost is that which is related to changes of borders as you know, we've been a strong voice of such ideas and adventures because they would destabilise not just Kosovo but the entire region”. It's absolutely out of the question and such an idea will not be on the table of dialogue. Kosovo's new institutions coming for the elections on February 14th have a clear mandate not to negotiate Kosovo's border issues or sovereignty or internal regulation”, she has said.
She has said that one of the options that will completely ignore during dialogue is that of changing territories.
We will fully respect that mandate. Moreover, I would like to stress that these letters are not important at all. We need to have confidence, because we know this is a dangerous idea, we don't need a pan-papper to tell us what to do. We know what to do, and we know what to avoid, and one of the dangerous adventures that we're going to avoid at any cost is that it's related to changes of borders”.
