In a Facebook text, Krasniqi has said that the competencies of the president of Kosovo are numerous, but, not as much as President Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu thinks.
He further said Osmani has taken on the role of the Constitutional Court in the decision, as he has interpreted the criteria for the certificate of candidates for MPs.
“The Assembly, praising the work of the CEC; Election panel for Ances and Parashtesa, consisting of violations in verifying voters abroad; The Information and Private Agency, consisting of personal data violations”, he said.
Krasniqi said this unprecedented intervention is not allowed to occur.
This unprecedented intervention should not be allowed.
