Murati warns new packages for economic recovery

Finance, Labour and Transfers Minister Hekwarh Murati has warned new packages of economic recovery, in parallel with the revision of the budget, which he said would soon be in the country for the vote.

Murati at the Kosovo Assembly session, where economics are being discussed as a result of the Covdi 19 pandemic, said that with the number reductions, economic recovery could also take place.

“We are in preparation, you will soon have your budget revision. It's been impossible even to become the package of economic recovery without a day of fiscal space, we had to monitor revenues, so that we knew what fiscal space we could use to create this recovery package. Very quickly we will have both”, he said.

Minister Murati also criticised the former government for its business aid measures.

The former government's “Masses have seen citizens neither have there been openings nor closures. The numbers have broken black records and have consistently seen how the vehicles are divided, 60 million have seen how it went to double subsidies on whose corners have completed”, he added.
