Cacanic branch preliminary procedure judge Riza Livorka has confirmed the fact that in 10,06.2021 the defendant at their home in a village in Kacanic, deliberately used physical force to hurt his wife M.J., the way the defendant had initially begun to insult her with the various most banal words, then catching her for her hair and telling her that you have no room here, with whom their daughter A... had come to bring her residence to Pristina to safety, after her 12th, on the 20th, with the intention of getting hurt.
Therefore, the judge of the preliminary procedure, the state prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against the defendant, has approved it as a base, and the same has been assigned the detention measure for thirty days.
The court has also estimated that for this criminal act the investigations have not been completed, they have not yet been heard before the state prosecutor and other witnesses possible and damaged, so over these reasons it estimates that if found in freedom it could affect the same in order to declare itself in favour of defence, so it could come to the circumstances under which it would prevent successful implementation of the criminal procedure.
This case, the parties are reportedly complaining against this act did not postpone his execution.
