The citizen has sent the screw to Index to show about the insane driving of the customs official on the “Arba Xhaferi” highway.
But what the citizen himself does is even more dangerous. Besides driving him over 200 miles/h he was also recording the guy who was driving the customs car, Periscope follows.
Recently, the number of citizens publishing videos of traffic offenders has increased significantly.
But risking the lives of citizens to do so is absolutely unacceptable.
