Miro Lajcak talks about changing Kosovo and Serbia's Constitutions

EU High Representative Miroslav Lajcak has again spoken of his earlier declaration about changing the Kosovo Constitution and that of Serbia, with the aim of HINA of the final agreement between the two countries.

Lajcak, though he says he was misunderstood then, adds that agreements should be exposed to national legislation.
