The suspect's home was raided. A. (1994) in Gjilan, under suspicion about criminal acts “retaining unauthorized possession, control or possession of weapons” and”Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorized sale of narcotics and psychotropic substances”.

During the raid on his house in quality of material evidence, these following evidence have been found and seized:
