Lashtaku was a controversial name as a potential candidate to lead with the PDK, but he has denied, saying he will not compete for the party's first.
Lushtaku in a proposal for Periscope has said he is a candidate only for Skenderaj chairman and not to lead with the PDK.
No, I'm not competing for PDK chairman. I'll be the candidate for the mayor of the Skywright municipality in the October local elections.”, he said.
Asked who he supports for PDK chairman Lushtaku did not name any names.
“As far as the potential candidates for party chairman are concerned, the race is open to all who have such goals!”, he has said of Periscope.
Different, The PDK has decided on July 3rd to hold domestic elections to elect the new chairman, as Enver Hoxhaj exercised the task so far.
