So PDK Chairman Enver Hoxhaj's U.D. declared today that signatures for sending Vjosa Osman's decision to Daka's dismissal have been collected.
The Democratic Party finds the Constitutional Court's opinion necessary and inevitable, for which we have collected the signatures. Thanks to all opposition deputies for co-operating on this issue”, Hoxhaj said.
But still undefined for signatures are the deputies of the Democratic League of Kosovo.
Contacted by news.net, LDK Parliamentary Group chief Arben Gashi has declared Osman's decision to sack Daka is viewed as unconstitutional, but have not yet issued any signatures for sending the case to the Constitutional Court.
There's no sign of anyone. No, we haven't been co-ordinated on this case yet, said Gashi.
He even declared they are awaiting the stance and action of the ombudsman institution so that it can address this situation.
“We are awaiting the stance of the ombudsman institution and are waiting for it to head the issue. E Then we'll see the steps away. The decision in general is thought to be anti-unconstitutional”, he said.
Asked whether they would sign for the Constitutional submission of this decision by President Osmani, Gashi said it is a hypothesis they refused to provide answers to.
The “is a hypothesis which I don't want to answer”, he added.
It should be commemorated that for several years Vjosa Osmani was part of the Democratic League of Kosovo party party, but that the strikes with this party began shortly before she was placed in the presidential post.
Even within the LDK Parliamentary Group, there were such deputies who decided not to participate in Osman's vote for president.
As it appears in this case, LDK deputies continue to be out of “over Osman's decisions, or their former partnership.
After the dismissal of Daka three days ago, numerous reactions led to Vjosa Osmani. Civil Society representatives, as well as connoisseur of Constitutional Legal Affairs, called this decision unconstitutional and inadequate on the part of President Osmani.
After Daka's dismissal, Osman appointed Radonijqi Objection to head the Central Election Commission.
It is Radonic himself who declared today that in case the Constitution sees that Dhaka must turn towards the CEC, it leaves while it returns.
