First Kurti-Vucciq meeting held in Brussels today

On Tuesday, June 15th, a Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue summit will take place in Brussels. High Representative Josep Borrell, who is supported by EU Special Representative Miroslav Lajcak, will be relieved. Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq and Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti will participate. There will be a media statement by the High Representative at the start of the meeting, and a press statement by the EU Special Representative after the end of the meeting (about 13:00 p.m.). Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has warned that meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, the first among them, will not be about old dialogue, but discussion about the format of talks for the future.
Meanwhile, the European Union (BE) expects the meeting to continue negotiations on previous topics and dialogue agreements, rather than any new start of dialogue.
The spokesman at the European Commission, Peter Stano, has told the Beta Agency that “ky is not an old dialogue, but an ongoing dialogue mediated by the European Union”.
