“Prime Minister Kurti announced that the meeting in Brussels will be for future dialogue that should be principled, and where Kosovo will be treated equally.

He reiterated the requirement for recognising Kosovo's independence by the Hellenic state and stressed the importance of visa liberalisation for Kosovo citizens.

Foreign Minister Dendias said that Greece constantly agrees on visa liberalisation and that it will support and assist Kosovo on the European and Euro-Atlantic road”, the prime minister's Media Office communique said.

Prime Minister Kurti thanked Minister Dendia for the Greek foreign policy role towards Kosovo and the commitment to Kosovo's membership in international organisations, as was the case in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, where Greek votes have been determining for accession, but also for voting for admission to the European Central Bank, Francophony and the Venice Commission.
