The former head of EULEX judges, Malcolm Simmons, has asked UNMIK's mission to Kosovo if he is aware of the fact that EULEX has handed over war crimes materials in Serbia.
Simmons, who has been very insistent to come and testify to claims of EULEX's Kosovo mission abuses, but says he is being ignored by Kurti, has come up with new claims about EULEX's actions.
“A is aware UNMIK that the war crimes files it transferred to EULEX have surrendered to Serbia? Was that in principle with the agreement between UNMIK and EULEX.
Simmons has asked to report on EULEX's work in the Kosovo Assembly.
Former head of EULEX judges Malcolm Simmons has said he has received no answer from Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, regarding the letter he sent to him weeks ago, and in which he listed a series of scandals that, according to him, have characterised the European mission for rule of law in Kosovo.
Simmons wrote on Twitter that Kurti had received his letter for weeks but has not returned any answers.
Simmons sent a letter to Prime Minister Kurti a few weeks ago presenting a piece of his testimony on scandals he says marked the EULEX mission. On this basis, the former head of EULEX judges has demanded that he report all the evidence described in the Kosovo Assembly.
Simmons is being ignored by Kurti, even though the latter was the largest EULEX opponent in Kosovo. He described this mission as a ruler.
EULEX has had to arrest Kosovo politicians who have been stealing and robbing since the post-war. E ULEX has had to arrest the parallel structures of Serbia operating in the north”, Kurti said.
